Off-take agreement
Provision of a long-term agreement (3-7 years) where Mishkat commits to buy the total yield of the farm at either a pre-defined price that supports the profitable financial model developed or based on a revenue share through a partnership model with an up-side for both partners. the client decides on his preferred model.
